This year, LUKOWA Academy is traditionally held for the fourth time in a row, but for the second time it was delivered online. Best students from Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Agriculture and Faculty of Technical Sciences were chosen to participate in this year’s Academy.
Participants divided into 6 teams worked on a solution to solve a challenging case study “Strengthening the LUKOWA Assets branch”. Teams worked very hard on case solving for couple of weeks and had a chance to present their solutions before Jury members during LUKOWA Business Challenge Day.
Final results are:
First place: Jovana Ilić - Faculty of Organizational sciences, Nenad Lazić - Faculty of Economics, Andrijana Rovinac - Faculty of Organizational sciences and Petra Šutić - Faculty of Agriculture.
Second place: Luka Basta - Faculty of Economics, Ilija Dumanović - Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Jelena Dušanić - Faculty of OrganizationalSciences, Filip Marković - Faculty of Agriculture and Milica Surdučki - Faculty of Economics.
Third place: Arsen Bukvić - Faculty of Economics, Katarina Demijanenko - Faculty of Economics, Ana Kesić - Faculty of Organizational Sciences and Andrija Petrović - Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
Audience award went to Aleksa Damjanac - Faculty of Technical Sciences, Vanja Korićanac - Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Katarina Mitić- Faculty of Economics and Isidora Rilak - Faculty of Agriculture.
We awarded students that stood out: Best presenter award went to Katarina Mitić, Faculty of Economics; Most dedicated student award went to Isidora Rilak, Faculty of Agriculture and MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the Academy award went to Luka Jakovljević, Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
All the hard work students invested in case solving was evaluated by exceptional jury panel: Adam Kovač (President of the Jury), Solution Specialist at 3Lateral; from the industry: Branislav Bandić (Case study writer), Strategy and Transactions Manager at EY and Rajko Radovanović, Strategy and Transactions Senior Consultant at EY and Milan Okanović, Associate Professor of Marketing management and Public Relations from Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
