LUKOWA Académie 2020 – Adapting to changes

Adapting to changes quickly is what makes online edition of LUKOWA Académie 2020 distinctive.  First online Académie format featured online workshops, meetups with mentors and top management of LUKOWA company, teamwork and case study challenge.

Participants of the third generation of LUKOWA Académie had a chance to see video tour of the production unit at Belanovica and live broadcast from Šabac and through various meetups and workshops, students have learned how to strengthen their capacities regarding communication on international markets as a basis for successful sales process, but also to find more about the LUKOWA production process, discuss LUKOWA’s B2B approach worldwide, our portfolio and the main factors in the global food market.

During final event LUKOWA Business Challenge Day students divided into teams presented their solutions for the case study “Delivering excellence to Genial Gemüse” in the highly competitive market of frozen fruit and vegetables in DACH region.

Final results are:

First place: Matija Popović - Faculty of Economics, Marija Rajković - Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Ana Rabrenović - Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Irena Vukosavljević - Faculty of Economics, Anđela Marčetić - Faculty of Agriculture.

Second place: Dimitrije Florin - Faculty of Economics, Gordana Spasić - Faculty of Agriculture, Nikolina Mladenović -Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Tijana Kolović - Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Vera Krajniker - Faculty of Economics.

Third place: Marija Đukić - Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Katarina Milosavljević - Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Marija Dujović -Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, Nada Stanivuk - Faculty of Technical Sciences.

Audience best team award: Veljko Petrović - Faculty of Economics, Marija Ljubojević - Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Milena Gatić - Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Sergej Stojiljković - Faculty of Economics, Sunčica Stojčić - Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy.

We awarded students that stood out: Best presenter award went to Dimitrije Florin - Faculty of Economics; Most dedicated student award went to Nina Macarević - Faculty of Economics and MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the Academy award went to Marija Dujović - Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy.

All the hard work students invested in case solving was evaluated by exceptional Jury panel: Branislav Bandić, Manager at EY; Miloš Milosavljević, Associate Professor at Faculty of Organizational Sciences; Rade Stojisavljević, COO at LUKOWA; Ivan Vilus, CTO at LUKOWA and Nebojša Abadžić, Head of Sales and Procurement at LUKOWA.
