WHAT will be your responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, post and other documentation
- Cooperation with all departments, providing administrative support
- Naming and archiving internal and external documentation on Share Point portal
- Creating and monitoring procedures for record-keeping
- Ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Organizing and serving food and beverages for management meetings
- Supporting company operations
- Assisting CEO (managing schedules, calendars, and appointments)
- Greeting visitors/guests
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Handling company data
- Showing apartments, scheduling time slots for visits
- Performs other duties as assigned
WHAT we expect from you:
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Orientation to details
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Required languages – German native and English intermediate
- Proficient in MS Office
