Office Manager

LUKOWA Group

WHAT will be your responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, post and other documentation
  • Cooperation with all departments, providing administrative support
  • Naming and archiving internal and external documentation on Share Point portal
  • Creating and monitoring procedures for record-keeping
  • Ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Organizing and serving food and beverages for management meetings
  • Supporting company operations
  • Assisting CEO (managing schedules, calendars, and appointments)
  • Greeting visitors/guests
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Handling company data
  • Showing apartments, scheduling time slots for visits
  • Performs other duties as assigned

WHAT we expect from you:

  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Orientation to details
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Required languages – German native and English intermediate
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Team spirit
